Corporate Partnership & Exhibitor Benefits 2017

Corporate Partnership Benefits - Support for this event is being sought from businesses and organizations committed to quality professional development for educators of Nebraska and surrounding states.

Gold Level — $5200 (Limit of 3 vendors)
• Company name and logo projected to big screens prior to keynote
• Additional signs in conference areas (must be hung by CenturyLink Staff, approved by NETA)
• Logo on the conference bag
• Premium or one-page flyer in the conference bag (if supplied by vendor by deadline set by Executive Director)
• Email addresses for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice)
• Up to three (maximum) vendor presentation sessions (if submitted by deadline). Any company that has been a Gold Level Partner for at least five years will be allocated more sessions on the program (determined by program chair)
• Four (maximum) conference registrations for educators at lead presenter status who may help with vendor booth or presentations (if names are submitted in advance)
• Booth staff registrations
• Logo on the Conference website with a link to company page
• Listed on the Sched conference site as a sponsor
• The equivalent of four vendor booth spaces
• Receive end-cap position in vendor hall
• One pre-conference email sent from NETA to NETA membership on behalf of organization/company (if supplied by vendor by deadline set by Executive Director)
• NETA membership

Silver Level — $3650 (Limit of 4 vendors)
• Logo on the conference bag
• Premium or one-page flyer in the conference bag (if supplied by vendor by deadline set by Executive Director)
•Email addresses for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice)
• Up to two vendor presentation sessions (if submitted by deadline)
• Three (maximum) conference registrations for educators at lead presenter status who may help with vendor booth or presentations (if names are submitted in advance)

• Logo on the Conference website with a link to company page
• Listed on the Sched conference site as a sponsor
• The equivalent of three vendor booth spaces

• NETA membership

Bronze Level — $2100 (Limit of 7 vendors)
• Company named as “coffee break” sponsor with credit printed in program and on signs in break areas
• Email addresses for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice)
• One vendor presentation session (if submitted by deadline)
• Two (maximum) conference registrations for educators at lead presenter status who may help with vendor booth or presentations (if names are submitted in advance)
• Booth staff registrations
• Logo on the Conference website with a link to company page
• Listed on the Sched conference site as a sponsor
• Two vendor booth spaces
• NETA membership

Exhibitor Benefits for Non Corporate Partners (A booth must be purchased to be eligible for additional benefits)
• 10 x 10 booth space – $800 (before 11/11/16); $950 (after 11/11/16); includes booth staff registration
• One vendor presentation session (if submitted by deadline) – $250 (Limit 25)
• Corner booth upgrade (booth purchase necessary; limited availability) – $250
• Email addresses for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice) – $600
• “Afternoon break” sponsor (Thurs. afternoon) – $200
• NETA membership (to receive print newsletter)- $35
