• A ten-foot space with table, two chairs and booth staff registration – $800 (before 10/25/19); $950 (after 10/25/19)
• Larger areas are available, in multiples of ten feet. If you are bringing your own booth and the dimensions exceed ten feet, you will need to purchase two booths, minimum.

**Wireless along with one plug-in per booth for electrical will be provided. Wired connection and other fees may apply.

• January 15, 2020 – Exhibitor registration cancellations must be done by this date in order to qualify for any refund. A $25 cancellation fee will apply. After this date no refunds will be given.
• February 14, 2020 – Last day to register in order to be included on Exhibitor Print Out for Attendees
• March 2, 2020 – April Newsletter Ad
