Project Description
The SmartCart is a mobile learning lab that serves as a digital creativity outlet for students Kindergarten through 12th grade. The SmartCart can be adapted and modified for multiple grade levels including elementary library stations, classroom checkout, and technology programs in the high school. Elementary students will participate weekly during library classes to explore the cart through stations. Each activity will be paired with books to inspire students to crave more. As the cart will be available for checkout, it can be adapted to enhance and support classroom curriculum. Jr. and Sr. High School students benefit by fueling their creativity and curiosity through hands on digital activities. The SmartCart promotes collaboration between teachers, emphasizes hands on learning, and provide experiences for students to become digital leaders.
