David Evertson

Biography: NETA has been instrumental in my professional growth from the time I was a classroom science teacher, to my present role directing and helping to manage the technology for over 1200 users in our district. As technology and communication resources have advanced, so too has the learning that NETA provides. NETA presents more than just learning opportunities and timely information however. The true strength of professional organizations like NETA lies in the relationships and peer learning networks which form as a natural consequence of becoming an active member. These relationships have been the most valuable aspect of NETA membership for me, and I would like to give back to the organization in a way that supports all current and future educators in developing these connections.
