Costs and Exhibit Area Information
• A ten-foot space with table, two chairs and booth staff registration - $800 (before 11/11/16); $950 (after 11/11/16)
• Larger areas are available, in multiples of ten feet. If you are bringing your own booth and the dimensions exceed ten feet, you will need to purchase two booths, minimum.

**Wireless along with one plug-in per booth for electrical will be provided. Wired connection and other fees may apply.
• December 9, 2016- February Newsletter Ad
• February 1, 2017- Exhibitor registration cancellations must be done by this date in order to qualify for any refund. A $25 cancellation fee will apply. After this date no refunds will be given.
• February 17, 2017- April Newsletter Ad
• March 10, 2017- Last day to register in order to be included on Exhibitor Print Out for Attendees
• April 10, 2017- Gold and Silver Level Corporate Partners need to submit their flyer for the conference
