As my term comes to an end, I would like to continue supporting NETA as its secretary. I have become familiar with the procedures required, and feel confident tackling them in the future. In addition to the regular secretary & note-taking duties- I have also helped deploy, track, and return donated projectors during the Spring Conference; served on the logistics, finance, dig cit, and google strand committees; as well as design and maintain the fall.netasite.org web site to support the Nebraska Fall Ed-Tech Conference. The phrase, “It isn’t in my job description!” is not in my vocabulary. If something needs done, I am willing to do it, especially if it is to support NETA’s worthwhile endeavors.

I have been the technology coordinator at Lindsay Holy Family School for nineteen years. Presenting at every NETA (Spring and/or Fall) conference since 2001, STI (Summer Tech Institute in Norfolk) for several years, NECC in Washington DC, TIE in Colorado, and ISTE in San Antonio has been a valuable experience. As a former NETA board of director’s member, I am aware of the hard work needed behind the scenes to make such conferences successful, and tackle it with relish. @dalindg
