Costs and Exhibit Area Information
• A ten-foot space with table, two chairs, and booth staff registration – $950 (before 10/25/21); $1100 (after 10/25/21)
• Larger areas are available, in multiples of ten feet. If you are bringing your own booth and the dimensions exceed ten feet, you will need to purchase two booths, minimum.

**Wireless along with one plug-in per booth for electrical will be provided. Wired connection and other fees may apply.
Deadlines — Please note
• August 1, 2021 – September Newsletter Ad
• September 25, 2021 – November Newsletter Ad
• December 1, 2021 – February Newsletter Ad
• January 15, 2022 – Exhibitors who cancel on or before January 15, 2022, will receive a refund less $100 per booth space purchased. No refunds will be given after January 15, 2022.
• February 12, 2022 – Last day to register in order to be included on Exhibitor Print Out for Attendees
• March 1, 2022 – April Newsletter Ad
