NETA 2008 Exhibitor Information
Held on April 24-25, 2008, at the Holiday Inn Central, the NETA Spring Conference is the largest educational technology conference in a five state region. Participants at the NETA conference include 1800-2000 classroom teachers, media specialists, school administrators, central office administrators, technology coordinators, college educators and school board members.

Deadlines - Please NOTE as changes have been made.
The deadline for submitting a proposal to present at the conference was December 1, 2007.
For exhibit booth space only, the registration deadline was March 1, 2008. An“Early Bird” rate was available until December 1. Please keep that in mind for next year. After March 1 we cannot guarantee vendor name and information will be printed in our exhibitor booklet.
Making a presentation at the conference
For those who submitted presentations by the December deadline, letters regarding session times and location were sent approximately February 1, 2008.
Costs and Exhibit Area Information
An eight-foot space with table is $400.00 if registered by December 1, $500 after December 1.
Larger areas are available, in multiples of eight feet ($400 for each additional 8 feet). If you are bringing your own booth and the dimensions are larger than eight feet, you will need to purchase two tables, minimum.
An electrical hookup is an additional $65.00 (Subject to change—additional charges possible.)
Direct connection to the Internet will be available at no charge only if you indicate need in advance on the registration form. If you ask for Internet access on-site, the charge will be $100, payable at the time of request. Computers that you bring to access the Internet should be ethernet ready. No phone lines available.
NOTE: NETA is securing its own Internet Service Provider for the 2008
conference and not going through the Holiday Inn ISP.

Exhibit hours at the conference
• Thursday, April 24, 2008 from 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday, April 25, 2008 from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
(Early tear-down on Friday is discouraged, as there are numerous Friday-only
participants who deserve ample time in the exhibit hall.)
Set up times—
• Set up can occur on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, starting at approximately
1:00 PM and proceeding all evening. (Detailed information will follow
in a separate mailing.)
• Set up on Thursday morning can start at 7:00 AM.
Overnight security will be provided in the conference center for both Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Please label the outside of each package with your company name and conference name (NETA). The charge for every 100 lbs. is $27.50. Minimum charge is $35.00. Any packages sent directly to the Holiday Inn will be refused. Please be prepared to pay freight services at the show, by credit card. Shipments must arrive by Monday prior to exhibitor move-in.
