Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. How can I get a receipt so that I can be reimbursed?

 

ANSWER: You will get a receipt along with your badge at the conference.

 

2. What if I didn't get into the workshop I paid for because it was already full?

 

ANSWER: You are placed on a waiting list. If you do not attend the workshop, a refund will be issued after the conference.

NETA 2008 Pre-registration has closed. The last day to register was Friday, April 4th. If you have not yet registered please plan to register onsite.

If attending the NETA Conference and registering onsite, the costs will be:
Both days: $110 + $5 late fee
One day: $75 + $5 late fee
Workshops: $35

Student Attendance

 

Full-time college students must submit proof of full-time enrollment at check-in to be eligible for a student pass. High school students must meet the following guidelines in order to attend: students must be directly involved in a presentation or be a student contest winner. These students must be supervised at all times by an adult and are guests of the conference. Student presenter names must be confirmed to Sandy Blankenship (neta@lps.org) by April 4 so that student name badges may be printed.

 

Refund Policy

 

Conference registration refunds will be made only if notification is made to the registration office listed below by April 4, 2008. A $15.00 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund.

Confirmation

 

When your registration is received and processed, you will be sent an email confirmation to the email provided on the registration. After April 4 a final confirmation will be sent via email with final conference information, reminders and details.

Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
