Sponsorship Information
Level 1—$5000 (Sponsorship, limit of 2 vendors)
• Company name and logo projected to big screens prior to keynote.
• Use of a meeting room Wednesday or Thursday evening for vendor sponsored event.
• Additional signs in conference areas (must be hung by Embassy Suites Staff, approved by NETA)
• Logo on the conference bag
• Premium or one-page flyer in the conference bag (if supplied by vendor by deadline set by coordinator)
• Printed address labels for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice).
• Listing on the program sponsor page
• Up to four (maximum) vendor presentation sessions (if submitted by deadline). Any company who has been a
Level 1 sponsor for at least five years will be allocated more sessions on the program (determined by program chair).
• Four (maximum) conference registrations for educators at lead presenter status who may help with vendor booth or presentations (if names are submitted in advance).
• Name/logo on the Conference web site with a link to company page
• The equivalent of four vendor booth spaces
• Receive end-cap position in vendor hall
Level 2—$3000 (Sponsorship, limit of 3 vendors)
• Logo on the conference bag
• Premium or one-page flyer in the conference bag (if supplied by vendor by deadline set by coordinator)
• Printed address labels for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice).
• Listing on the program sponsor page
• Up to three vendor presentation sessions (if submitted by deadline)
• Three (maximum) conference registrations for educators at lead presenter status who may help with vendor booth or presentations (if names are submitted in advance).
• Name/logo on the Conference web site with a link to company page
• The equivalent of three vendor booth spaces
• Receive end-cap position in vendor hall
Level 3—$1600 (Sponsorship, limit of 4 vendors)
• Company named as “coffee break” sponsor with credit printed in program and on signs in break areas.
• Printed address labels for conference participants (those who have given permission) for a one-time mailing prior to, or immediately after the conference (your choice).
• Listing on the program sponsor page
• Two vendor sessions (if submitted by deadline)
• Two (maximum) conference registrations for educators at lead presenter status who may help with vendor booth or presentations (if names are submitted in advance).
• Name/logo on the Conference web site with a link to company page
• Two vendor booth spaces
Level 4—$600 (Booth plus session)
• One vendor presentation session (if submitted by December 1)
• One vendor booth space
Level 5—$450 Early Bird Rate/$550 after December 1 (One Booth only, no session)
