Meet Our Social Media Coordinator

Alyssa Allmon is joining the NETA Team as a content creator for the 2019 conference We are excited to introduce her to the team and are looking forward to working with her on engaging content and relevant information for our conference attendees and followers.

Alyssa is a alumni from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She graduated last May with a degree in Communication Studies, an emphasis in Organizational Communication, and a minor in Nonprofit Management.

After graduation, Alyssa was employed by Striv. Inc and continues to work for them as their Website Designer and Project Manager. There she helps schools around Nebraska update their websites, helps with Striv Academy Social Media, and writes for the Striv Blog. She’s also co-hosting a podcast that’s coming out this January.

Outside of school and work Alyssa spends a lot of time with her husband and new puppy. She loves to read and write and keeps her personal blog updated for enjoyment. Alyssa loves social media and sees the value that it can add to an organization by keeping members up to date and connected.

Alyssa is going to be helping NETA by writing blogs, social media posts, and talking about some of the behind the scenes that go on for our conference. We are so excited to see what she will come up with, and we hope you can engage with her online or at our conference on March 28th and 29th.
