Costs and Exhibit Area Information
• A ten-foot space with table, two chairs, and booth staff registration – $1100 (before 10/25/22); $1250 (after 10/25/22); includes 2 booth staff registrations ($25 per additional booth staff registration)
• Larger areas are available, in multiples of ten feet. If you are bringing your own booth and the dimensions exceed ten feet, you will need to purchase two booths, minimum.

**Wireless along with one plug-in per booth for electrical will be provided. Wired connection and other fees may apply.
Deadlines — Please note
• November 1, 2022 – Session information due
• December 15, 2022 – Exhibitors who cancel on or before December 15, 2022, will receive a refund less $100 per booth space purchased. No refunds will be given after December 15, 2022.
• February 1, 2023 – Last day to register in order to be included on Exhibitor Print Out for Attendees
