Biography
Hi, I am Jennifer Lange, a 9-12 math teacher & K-5th STEAM teacher at Cross County Community Schools. I have 7 years of experience in education and assist our district with its MTSS, PBiS, SIP, curriculum, and mentoring program for teachers. Also, as part of the technology committee, I support staff with technology ideas and activities. My career has continually evolved just as technology and its usage in today’s schools has evolved.
I have a passion for making our students’ learning experiences the best. I have spent considerable time researching and learning about proven instructional practices that touch all learning styles. Couple those practices with technology, and you have a win-win combination; students become engaged and excited about learning.
As a Nebraska Association of Teachers of Mathematics (NATM) board member, I have seen the excitement and enthusiasm that takes place when teachers come together. I believe that teachers learn best from each other and sharing this knowledge with others is what NETA is also about. It would be a great honor to serve you as a NETA board member, and, if elected, I would serve the board with enthusiasm and with a passion for improving learning and instruction.
